Boot Camp
Boot camp is a 1 hour fun and inexpensive way to work out
while in a group setting. Boot camp is for all levels. The
focus of this class is high intensity, and high caloric
burn.
The class is mostly cardio with a light mixture of body
weight and resistive training.

Kettle Bell
Kettle bell class is an intense 1/2 hour class which uses a
Russian kettle bell for the entire exercise. This class
focuses on caloric burn and muscle building.
