techniques which other gyms are not able to.
FTT specializes in sports training and brings much of the
sport training techniques into personal training. What this
creates is a fun active experience which will have you
trying new things and being interactive with your trainer
and the enviornment around you as opposed to sitting on a
machine and counting to 10.
