FTT has a dynamic and personal gym atmosphere with open space, and because of this, we are able to implement a wide variety of training techniques.
FTT specializes in sports training and brings much of the sport training techniques into personal training. What this creates is a fun, active experience which will have you trying new things and being interactive with your trainer and surrounding enviornment as opposed to sitting on a machine and counting to 10.
