Never an Off Season Package:
The Never An Off Season package is a ONE YEAR commitment in
which the athlete can train up to 5 times a week and receive
the benefits of the Gold Package for an affordable monthly
price. This is a great way to ensure year round training at
an incredible results.
Gold Package Training:
The Gold package consists of 24 training sessions lasting 90
minutes. These sessions will focus on 45 minutes of speed,
agility, plyometrics, core, multidirectional footwork,
balance and flexibility training, followed by a 45 minute
sports specific weight training session.
Silver Package:
The Silver package consists of 24 training sessions lasting
45 minutes. The athlete can choose to use a session for a
speed and agility session, a plyometric session or a weight
training session.
Youth Package:
The Youth package consist of a one-hour session, which will
focus on speed, agility, plyometrics, core, multidirectional
footwork, balance, flexibility and fun games. This package
is for athletes 6-9 years of age and designed to introduce
the youth athlete to the benefits of sports specific
trainnig at an early age. Once the athlete is old enough to
take part in our other packages, they will be prepared to
begin at a a higher level.
